Submission Guidelines
Paper Submission Window :
May 25 – June 25, 2026
Who Should Submit?
- Faculty Researchers
Computer science, engineering, finance, economics, law, and business disciplines with work touching blockchain or fintech.
- Doctoral Students
Dissertation-stage and advanced PhD students seeking peer feedback and visibility for emerging research.
Submission Types
- Full Papers
Technically rigorous or empirically grounded. Accepted authors will include full paper in proceedings.
- Workshops
40–minute Tech Talk addressing cutting-edge topics at the intersection of blockchain, fintech, and AI.
Full Paper Requirements
Only full papers will be accepted for the review process
Submissions must present completed or near-completed empirical or conceptual research aligned with the conference theme and research areas. Authors of accepted papers will include their paper in the conference proceedings.
Length
10–15 pages (including all references, tables, and figures)
Required Sections
- Title Page (title, author(s), affiliations, contact information)
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Introduction
- Literature Review
- Methodology
- Results / Findings
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- References (APA 7 format)
- Appendices (if applicable)
- Tables and Figures (clearly labeled and referenced)
Anonymity
The author’s name, affiliation, and contact information should not be included within the body of the paper for anonymity during review. This information should be provided on the title page.
Formatting Requirements
- Accepted File Types: Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF (.pdf)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
- Spacing: 1.5 spaced
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
- Style Guide: APA 7th Edition
File Naming Convention
Please use the following format:
LastName_FirstName_HBCU26.pdf
or
LastName_FirstName_HBCU26.docx
Example:

Workshops
We invite proposals for applied, hands-on workshop sessions (40–45 minutes) that:
- Address cutting-edge topics at the intersection of blockchain, fintech, and AI
- Provide practical, technical, or applied experiences for attendees
- Support curriculum innovation and faculty development at HBCUs
- Please provide a 50-word description in your submission.
Review Process
All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review by a multidisciplinary committee.
Notification of Acceptance: July 10, 2026
Evaluation criteria include:
- Originality and contribution to the field
- Methodological rigor
- Relevance to conference themes
- Clarity and quality of presentation
Accepted authors must:
- Register for the conference
- Present their work (format to be specified)
