Registration procedures vary by participant category

Accepted Presenters

Accepted Full Paper Presenters and Emerging Research Presenters will receive a promo code from the conference which should be entered in Eventbrite.

Registration is complete only after the participant completes the required Eventbrite registration and receives an Eventbrite confirmation.

Scholarships

To broaden participation across universities, the conference plans to offer up to one Faculty/Administrator Scholarship and one Student Ambassador Scholarship per eligible university, subject to eligibility verification, available funding, and completion of all requirements.

The website registration system will indicate whether a scholarship consideration opportunity is currently available for the selected university. Once an email has been received for that university and category, subsequent applicants may join the waitlist.

A scholarship request email is not an automatic award and does not constitute conference registration. Approved recipients will receive a unique promo code to complete complimentary registration through Eventbrite.

Additional faculty members and students from the same university are welcome and may register at the discounted General Registration rate of $1,550. The discounted rate includes conference registration, two nights of conference hotel accommodations, and conference meals.

Sponsors & Exhibitors

Approved sponsors and exhibitors receive a unique, single-use Eventbrite access code before registration. Registration is complete only after the required Eventbrite registration and you receive an Eventbrite confirmation.

Are not designated Full Paper Presenters
Are not designated Emerging Research Presenters
Do not apply for a scholarship
Are not selected for a Faculty/Administrator Scholarship
Are not selected for a Student Ambassador Scholarship
Prefer to secure their participation without waiting for a scholarship decision
Are additional authors or representatives from the same university

Parking
Taxi and ride-share expenses
