Accepted papers will appear in the official conference proceedings distributed in both digital and print formats. The conference is designed to support rigorous academic exchange and interdisciplinary collaboration in blockchain, digital assets, fintech, artificial intelligence applications, and emerging digital systems. We invite submissions of completed papers, extended abstracts, and workshop proposals.
