Morgan State’s HBCU Blockchain Summit convenes researchers to discuss future of fintech

That was among the messages delivered in Baltimore by Kevin Werbach, a professor of legal studies and business ethics at the Wharton School of theUniversity of Pennsylvania who specializes in blockchain.
