Proposal for Research Projects
The Center is also offering competitive seed grants to encourage research and academic writing in the field of Blockchain and related topics. The FinTech Center will also provide resources and facilitate connections with industry representatives.
Research topics should be driven by the faculty’s intellectual curiosity as well as business and industry needs. The Center is looking for topics that explore tools and techniques necessary to assess and develop scalable, cost-effective, secure, and compliant solutions for the Blockchain-based systems, innovative FinTech solutions and development of Cryptoeconomics. Proposals that address needs of financial, banking, supply chain and other industries are preferable. The Center encourages submissions from a wide variety of disciplines including but not limited to, the arts, accounting, computing, economics, engineering, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, supply chain, etc.
Research Proposal must include:
- Authors with affiliation (interdisciplinary proposals have a higher chance of being funded)
- Abstract of no more than 150 words
- Literature Survey
The proposal should be no more than six (6) pages using 1½ spaces and 12 point Times Roman font, excluding the Bibliography.
